Lighthouse Adventures 1996
June 1996 we traveled around eastern Ontario, Canada seeing Niagara Falls, Floral Clock and the Science Center. Fall 1996 we headed to Nova Scotia, Canada for the first time.
The Scotia Princess car ferry took 12 hours from Portland, Maine to Yarmouth, NS. We loved the rugged coastline and the beautiful landscape of the province. We stumbled across several lighthouses, especially Peggy's Cove lighthouse. We decided that all our future vacations would focus around lighthouses. We drove 2,935 miles.
